Performance marketing for owner-operated businesses

We don't promise rankings we can't earn

Most SEO agencies sell rankings. We sell organic revenue that compounds — through paid audits before retainers, technical work that survives algorithm updates, and content built by people who know your industry. No PBNs. No AI sludge. No 30-day promises.

Don't hire us if

SEO works for many businesses. Not for all of them. Better to know now than three months in. Below is who we'll politely turn down — and what to do instead. The rest of this page assumes none of these apply to you.

You want rankings within 30 days

SEO has physics — real ranking shifts take 3–6 months, compounding revenue takes longer. Anyone promising faster is either running a tiny test or planning manipulations that get punished in the next algorithm update. If 30-day results are the requirement, run Google Ads.

Our retainer fee is below your tolerance.

Our retainers start at $3,500/month. Below that, the math doesn't work — you can't run technical, content, and authority workstreams in parallel at smaller fees. (Note: this is our fee, not your SEO budget — you'll spend on tools, links, and content separately.)

You need a white-glove agency feel

Quarterly client dinners, dedicated account managers, polished slide decks every Friday. We don't do that. You'll get direct Slack access to the SEO lead, monthly reports, and shipping work. If presentation matters more than output, you'll be happier elsewhere.

Your site is fundamentally broken and you won't fix it

SEO compounds onto a healthy foundation, not a broken one. If your site is single-page, page speed is 12 seconds, or your design hasn't been touched since 2014 — start with web development. We do that too. SEO works far better when the foundation is right.

None of these apply to you? Good. You're a fit for what comes next — let's get into how we actually work.

03
our framing

SEO is not traffic. It's qualified revenue at a declining cost

Every metric we report on traces back to that. If a tactic doesn't move qualified pipeline at unit-economics-positive cost, we don't ship it — even when it would look great on a monthly slide. Most SEO agencies measure activity. We measure outcome. The distinction matters because your business doesn't pay rent on rankings — it pays rent on customers.

What most agencies report
--

Keyword position changes. Tracked in third-party rank trackers. Reported as "movement." Disconnected from buying behavior.

--

Total backlinks acquired. Counts everything, including the spam ones. Quantity over quality.

--

Pages indexed. "We added 47 pages this month!" — most of which dilute domain authority.

--

Domain Authority / Domain Rating. Third-party vanity scores. Not a Google metric.

--

Organic sessions, undifferentiated. Including bot traffic, accidental clicks, and informational visitors who never convert.

vs
What we report
--

Pipeline-attributed organic revenue. Revenue from leads or sales where the first or last touch was organic. Tracked in GA4 + your CRM.

--

Money keyword movements. Only keywords with commercial or transactional intent that match your offering. Everything else is noise.

--

Customer acquisition cost trend on organic channel. Your CAC from organic over time. Should fall, not rise.

--

Share of voice in your buying queries. What percentage of searches in your money-keyword universe show your domain in top 3.

--

Time-to-revenue on new content. How quickly does a new page reach its first attributed conversion. Tells us if our content strategy is working.

Operating principle

Rankings serve revenue. Revenue serves CAC. CAC serves your business. Anything that breaks that chain is activity, not progress — and we'll challenge you in our audit if your existing reports are tracking the wrong end of the chain.

Where SEO compounds best

4 directions. One framework

The audit is delivered in 7 days by Alex Yaremenko, Senior SEO Director, and reviewed by Valerii before you receive it.

How we engage

Audit first. Retainer second. Or never.

Two products, two decisions. The audit is paid because diagnosis is real work — not a sales call. About a third of audit clients walk away with the report and execute it themselves or with another agency. That's fine. We're not subsidizing audits to lock in retainers.

What happens during the retainer

Three phases. Compounding outcomes

M  1-2
Phase 01 · Foundation

Technical fixes & tracking rebuild

Critical issues from the audit shipped. Tracking and attribution rebuilt before content goes live. First brief queue running. Quick-win pages re-optimized. Visible ranking shifts unlikely yet — that's normal.

M  3-4
Phase 02 · Movement

Content shipping & first wins

Content velocity steady. Long-tail rankings start moving. Schema rich results appearing in SERPs. Authority work begins. First measurable revenue uplift on quick-win pages.

M  5-6
Phase 03 · Compounding

Money keywords & CAC trend

Money keyword movement visible. CAC on organic measurably falling. Pipeline-attributed revenue trending up. Quarterly review: continue, recalibrate, or end with 30-day notice.

Honest take

Months 1–2 won't show ranking results. That's not a delay — it's how SEO works. If you're not ready to give the work 6 months to compound, take the audit and execute the quick wins yourself.

What this looks like in practice

3 cases. 3 verticals. Honest numbers

Each of these started with a paid audit, ran on the methodology above, and shows the metric that actually matters in that vertical — not vanity ranking screenshots. And the part where it didn't go perfectly. Real SEO engagements always have caveats — anyone showing you only wins is selling, not reporting. Names anonymized per NDA.

Case 01 · Local SEO

South Florida HVAC operator

$4M ARR · 6 service vans · 12 zip codes
Before us

Previous agency for 14 months. 3 reports of "ranking improvements" with no lead growth. GBP barely set up. Citations inconsistent across 30+ directories. One service page covering 12 cities.

what we did

Rebuilt GBP, deployed 14 service-area pages, ran review acquisition system. Schema deployment + technical Core Web Vitals fix in months 1–2. Local pack targeting in months 3–8.

+127%

-34%

CAC on organic
vs. paid baseline

What didn't go perfectly

Months 1–2 were flat — no visible lead lift while we were rebuilding the foundation. Owner had a difficult conversation with their accountant in month 2. We almost lost the engagement before the work compounded. We now warn every local client this will happen.

Case 02 · E-commerce SEO

DTC apparel brand · Shopify

$8M ARR · 12 SKU lines · 90% paid traffic at start
Before us

No SEO program at all. Heavy paid acquisition with rising CAC. Product pages had 80 words of duplicated copy and zero schema. Indexable filter pages were generating duplicate content at scale.

what we did

Deployed product schema across the catalog, blocked filter URLs from indexing, built 8 buyer-intent category guides. Internal linking re-architected. Began earning links from industry publications in months 4–6.

+84%

Organic leads
over 11 months

-24%

Blended CAC
across all channels

What didn't go perfectly

2 of 8 category guides we shipped didn't rank. Wrong intent match — buyers in that subcategory don't research before buying. Sunk cost. We pivoted those pages into post-purchase content for email/SMS retargeting in month 7.

— Representative engagement · anonymized
Case 03 · Content + Link Building

B2B SaaS · workflow automation

$4M ARR · 6 service vans · 12 zip codes
Before us

Spending $40K/mo on Google Ads for queries they should have ranked for organically. 200 thin blog posts targeting wrong intent. Domain rating 28. No content cluster strategy.

what we did

Built 24 high-intent comparison and alternative pages. Deprecated 140 thin posts. Topical clusters around 4 core jobs-to-be-done. Digital PR + earned media for authority.

-28%

Blended CAc
over 9 months

+62%

Organic SQL pipeline
over 9 months

What didn't go perfectly

Comparison pages targeting their largest competitor took 5 months to rank top-3 — we'd projected 3. Manual review impact on competitor search nearly killed the play. We adjusted into adjacent comparisons (smaller competitors) which ranked faster.

ask us anything
01
How long until I see SEO results?
×

First measurable movement in 4–8 weeks on quick-win pages and technical fixes. Money keyword rankings start shifting in 3–4 months. Compounding revenue impact in 6+ months. Months 1–2 of a retainer often show flat results — that's not a delay, that's the foundation work happening before content can rank. We tell you this upfront so it's not a surprise.

02
What if SEO doesn't work in my niche?
×

It's possible. There are niches where the search volume isn't there, where the buyer journey doesn't pass through Google, or where the competitive moat is too deep. The audit is where we find that out — before you commit to a retainer. If we conclude SEO isn't the right channel for you, we'll say so and recommend what is — often paid + content. You keep the audit. We keep our reputation.

03
My previous SEO agency tanked my site. Can you fix it?
×

Usually, yes — though recovery takes longer than starting clean. The audit identifies whether you're under an algorithmic penalty, a manual action, or just bad work without a formal penalty. Recovery typically involves disavowing toxic backlinks, removing or rewriting AI-spam content, and rebuilding authority slowly with clean signals. Plan for 3–6 months of recovery before real progress, sometimes longer for severe cases.

04
Do you guarantee specific rankings?
×

No. We guarantee scope, deliverables, and quarterly KPI checkpoints. We do not guarantee specific keyword rankings — and any agency that does is either misrepresenting how SEO works, or planning manipulations that get punished in the next algorithm update. Rankings are an outcome of good work, not a promise to make upfront.

05
Can I run SEO + Google Ads at the same time?
×

Strongly recommended for most accounts. SEO is the long game. Paid is the immediate game. Brands running both typically see 15–25% higher conversion rates on each, because brand recall builds across surfaces. We use Search Console & Ads search-term data jointly — feed paid insights into organic targeting, and cut paid spend on terms where organic now ranks #1–3. Resonate runs both, but as separate retainers with their own scope.

06
Where are you based, and do you only work with US clients?
×

We're based in Miami, FL — and yes, we work with US-based clients only. Our local SEO work is heavily concentrated in Florida service businesses (HVAC, MedSpa, Real Estate, Home Services) — that's our home market and we know it deeply. For e-commerce and B2B SaaS SEO, location doesn't matter — we work with US clients across the country. The methodology is the same; the local-market expertise just doesn't apply when your customer is anywhere with a credit card and an internet connection.

13
What's inside the retainer

Find out what's actually tanking your organic growth

Most SEO programs fail at the diagnosis stage — not the execution stage. Start with the audit. Even if you decide we're not the right agency to execute, the audit pays for itself in wasted-spend savings within the first month for most clients.
